Tyrrell Project Management, LLC is a new and exciting company that was established by its founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to take advantage of the growing need for Construction Management (CM) services.
Our Executive Management team is headed by Craig Tyrrell who is the sole owner of TPM and brings almost a decade of Construction Project Management expertise to the business.
TPM offers Construction Project Management services to residential owners, commercial businesses and government agencies. TPM works independently or in conjunction with other construction management, architectural, or construction companies to ensure that its client receives the best service for a competitive price.
The "TPM APPROACH" is to provide a high quality of service which will build continuous business relationships with its clients. This will be achieved by combining sincerity, honesty and understanding to attend to their needs while placing great emphasis on details with a focused approach.
Our goal is to “solve the problems before the start of the project”.
We will be operating out of the Pennsylvania state capital of Harrisburg and neighboring city Enola office. We welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver the service you deserve.
